Has there been any use of oxidative therapies in these patients, such as IV hydrogen peroxide, IV vitamin C in doses up to 50 gms., IV ozone, or nebulized hydrogen peroxide. Does bipap/ Cpap use help some patients that are not yet needing ventilators?

Those are excellent questions. As a pathologist I specialize in diagnosis of disease, so I do not have the answer for what is the best treatment strategy. In time we’ll be learning a lot about COVID-19.
